Right now we are rolling out an Electric Bike Network across the main urban centres in New Zealand. We’re fortunate to have the support of Mercury, NZTA Waka Kotahi, Phantom Billstickers and city and regional councils around the country.
LOCKY DOCKS are free to use secure parking and charging docks in convenient central city locations. They use the latest in European technology and work for any bike, e.bike or scooter and have information about safe cycling routes around each location.
RIDE-TO-OWN is a 30/week biker finance plan. Think of it like a mobile phone plan or your monthly bus pass that allows you to have your own e-bike which you can park securely in town. We have packages for Corporate fleets and support from the Government public sector ebike subsidy scheme.
RECHARGERYS - Solar-powered service stations! You can go for a test ride, get quick tune-ups sorted on your bike and also charge them up. These locally owned and operated shops in the Aotearoa Biker Co-op are where you sign up to the e.bike ride-to-own plans. Our pilot has proved successful in Auckland, the next will be coming to Christchurch where we’re installing New Zealand’s first Locky Docks!
